Connect VisaFlo to Claude & ChatGPT (Beta Feature)

Your VisaFlo workspace now connects to Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants — so you can ask about your cases, clients, and leads in plain language, right from the chat you already use.

Ask things like:

  • "Brief me on Greg Kim's PR case before my 10am call."

  • "What cases are due this week?"

  • "How many cases did we open this quarter, broken down by status?"

  • "Pull the form answers for Maria's file and help me draft a procedural fairness response."

  • "Who's handling the Lin family case?"

Your assistant reads your real workspace — cases, clients, leads, tasks, files, questionnaire answers, and invoices — to answer questions and help you draft documents in seconds.

Connecting takes about a minute:

  1. In Claude or ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector

  2. Paste this URL:

    https://mcp.vflo.app
  3. Sign in with your VisaFlo account and click Allow

Done — your assistant is connected. 🎉

Good to know:

  • 🔒 Read-only. Your assistant can look things up and help you draft, but it can't change, create, or delete anything in VisaFlo.

  • 👤 Scoped to you. It only sees what your account and role allow — exactly like the dashboard. (Invoices, for example, appear only if you have billing access.)

  • 🔌 You're in control. Connections are per-user and can be disconnected anytime from Settings → Connected Apps.

Built on the open Model Context Protocol, so it works with any MCP-compatible assistant.

E-Signature Update — Use of Rep, multi-party requests, saved signatures & more

A major upgrade to e-signatures so you can send fewer requests and cover more in each one.

  • Use of Representative (IMM 5476) is now supported

    • IMM 5476 is a dynamic XFA form, so we flatten a copy before sending it out for signature. Double-check every field is filled in correctly before you start the request — edits made after flattening won't carry through.

  • Add multiple parties to a single request

    • Previously, getting the principal applicant and the sponsor to sign meant two separate sends. Now it's one — add every signer up front and we'll route the document to each in turn.

  • Initials and date fields, alongside signatures

    • Collect signatures, initials, and dates in a single request. No more workarounds for forms that need all three.

  • Save and reuse your signature

    • Save your signature once and it's ready to drop into every future request. No more redrawing every time.
