hello Would it be possible to let us customize the leads phase by being able to change the name, delete and add steps. You will see in attachment the type of phases we want to add as different steps can happen between the 1st contact to the signed retainer

Documents download for leads
As part of our consultation process, we ask customers to fill out a pre-consultation form and send us their resume in addition to sign the consultation agreement. Unfortunately there is no download option in leads. Is it something that you can add? Thanks

Color code
Would it be possible to colour code the documents or sections in forms so the customer know right away where to direct his attention. For example, Red means that it is missing and urgent ; yellow that we have a comment or a change is needed Thanks
